Association Coordinator – Vicki Strong (x.131) (vstrong@mgmc.net), handles all regular maintenance concerns and general day-to-day items for the Association. We encourage text messages with photos to promptly address issues – please send them to 248-429-9568 and include your Association Name in the message.
Association Manager – JC Palmer (x. 101) (JCPalmer@mgmc.net), handles all general questions and concerns, Association projects, long-term services, and is the overall team leader for Management.
Financial Department – (x.103) (financialmanager@mgmc.net), can address your personal account information, account payments, charges, or other financial-related issues, on behalf of the Association.
For emergency situations that occur after business hours, on weekends, or on a holiday, call 248-745-7100, select “9”, and a trained operator will direct your call to the proper individual for a prompt response.
Note: The cost for after-hours phone calls for non-emergencies will be charged to the caller.
